CHARACTERS
The three main characters are Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu: the Three Girls From Another
World who will become the Magic Knights. Hikaru is the leader and the series
is named after her mashin. In the beginning she is the one most likely
to take the initiative but the series is not centered just on her. Umi and
Fuu often take leadership roles, while looking to Hikaru as their inspiration
to fight for Cephiro. The triad of girls share equal responsibility and
status, and each gets her own episodes in which she gains new insight, stronger
weapons, and new powers. They work well together, each Knight bringing her
own distinct personality to the team.
In these character profiles, I have tried to avoid spoilers as carefully as possible. Your mileage may vary on what you consider to be a "spoiler" or just interesting background information.
